Carbon footprint policy

As part of Market Sports Carbon Footprint policy we do not provide printed copies of the class timetable. You can still download the pdf and print it out.

Class timetable key

  • LV 1 beginner
  • LV 2 intermediate
  • LV 3 advanced
  • ALL all levels

All classes must be booked in at reception no further than 24 hours in advance.

Please arrive on time for your class. If you are late you may be refused entry.

Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Whilst we endeavour to offer you the classes as advertised, market sports reserves the right to cancel classes and instructors without prior notice.

Exercising on your bike has never been so motivating! Work to pumping music with a motivating instructor. Experience all levels of terrain and endurance. Have that outdoor experience inside.

Spin LV2

A combination of all aspects of indoor cycling, sprinting, hill climbs & jumps.

Spin LV3

For the hardcore cyclist - designed to increase power, endurance, strength and climbing ability.

Booiaka

A unique and intense cardio dance workout using a combination of latin, Jamaican, hip hop old school and Reggaton dance styles, easy to learn movement for all shapes, skill levels and ages.

Kettlebells

A combination of a resistance and cardio workout using only Kettlebells and body weight exercises. These unique classes will have your hearts pumping and muscles burning! Great for your core and a real challenge for your fitness levels!

Core & Flex

This class focuses on the centre (the core) of the body improving strength, balance and flexibility throughout the body. Increased core strength will improve athletic performance and prevent an injury.

Abs solution

A solution for those who do not like doing core/abdominal workout on their own.

Pump it

Keep yourself toned & trim with this non-impact resistance class using barbells & adjustable weights. Excellent for tone & definition! Please arrive 5 mins early to class to set up.

Hatha Yoga

Running club

Bored of running on a treadmill and not getting anywhere? Attend running club where our instructor will take you on a scenic run through the streets of Shoreditch.

LBT

The traditional Legs, Tums and Bum class is back for working the bum & tummy to the limit! It is a great class to firm up the lower body and ABS.

Kickboxing LV2

Kick and punch your way into top fitness. Improve strength, muscle tone and endurance. Reduce body fat and stress levels. Enjoy a safe, fun and effective workout to pumping music.

Aerobics LV2

A hi/lo class with easy to follow choreography. Set to motivating music let our instructor lead you to fitness.

Boxing circuits

A station based full body workout, great for achieving all round fitness.

Iyengar Yoga

This style of yoga is both precise & dynamic because of its attention to detail - classes are performed at a slow & moderate pace.

Workshop

Ashtanga yoga

This is a dynamic yoga, which involves synchronising the breath with progressive series of postures, producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Triathlon spin

A combination of all aspects of indoor cycling, sprinting, hill climbs & jumps.

Bike & abs

A combination of all aspects of indoor cycling, sprinting, hill climbs & jumps. Combined with core strength.

Outdoor circuit

Enjoy exercising in the great outdoors. A station based, full body workout, great for achieving all round fitness.

Zumba

"Ditch the workout, join the party!" This dance based workout is delivered in an international party atmosphere using a combination of dance styles from Latin American cha cha to the reggaeton. Great cardiovascular workout and a lot of fun!

Circuit training

It is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. Each major muscle group gets worked!

Boot camp

High intensity physical workout using only your body weight and various training systems to fully burn out the muscle, leaving you slimmer, more toned and stronger through out!
