Start with a Body ‘MOT’ A full lifestyle and medical history discussion with your instructor to determine what your realistic goals are for the next five weeks. All medical consultation forms will be completed within this session.

2st session RESULTS 30 min - Final body MOT, review against goals and future exercise guidance
